I am considered out-of-network providers. If your plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement for psychotherapy services. Reimbursement is handled directly between you and your insurance provider.
However, I do accept LYRA. Lyra Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a company-provided benefit that gives employees and their dependents free, confidential access to mental health care, including therapy. If you are unsure if your employer provides this please reach out to me and I can help you look into it.

I recommend that we start with weekly sessions. Doing so allows us to get to know each other, and I find it to be generally the most effective at helping you to meet your goals. However, should something happen in your life or, as you begin to feel more confident to transition out of therapy, we can discuss alternative scheduling options to support your needs.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
