Hi, I’m Rachel!
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) practicing in Los Angeles, CA, and virtually across California and Florida! I hold a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern California (USC) and have supported clients in clinical, treatment center, and private practice settings.
I work with children ages 7 and up, teens, and adults who are struggling with OCD, anxiety, perfectionism, panic, depression, and life transitions. My style is grounded in warmth, collaboration, and genuine empathy; balanced with a direct, authentic approach and a splash of sass when it fits. We will work together to uncover the thoughts and behaviors that keep you stuck, help you develop coping skills, boost confidence, and navigate life’s challenges with more clarity and resilience, while moving toward meaningful, lasting growth.
I tailor treatment to your unique needs, often pulling from a variety of approaches including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), Brainspotting, parts work, and Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC).
When I’m not seeing clients, you can usually find me watching sunsets at the beach, dancing with my husband, watching F1 races, or trying out new ice cream shops.
